We look at your location, your use case and whether local AI is a good match for it. We reply either way.
A 30-minute call with Malek
Malek Ould-Oulhadj, our founder, learns about your data, your team and what a good result looks like. By phone or video.
If it's a fit, we agree on terms
What you'll test, where the server goes, and when we drop it off and pick it up. The trial runs two weeks and is free. We'll sign your NDA or send ours.
Drop-off and setup
It's plug and play. The server arrives reset to factory settings, with the latest Izuran Pro and its models already installed. We stay up to two hours to set it up with you and walk your team through Izuran Pro. You can sign in with your own Apple ID.
Trial and debrief
At the end we review results together. Export your conversations and settings if you want to keep them. Before we take the server back, we wipe it on site. No pressure to buy.
A request doesn't guarantee a trial. Trials are limited, available only in our delivery area, and offered when the use case is a fit.
Questions
Does any of our data leave our office?
Your prompts, documents and conversations stay on the server in your office. It connects outside only for signed software updates and any features you choose to turn on, and it keeps a network log your team can read. An Offline switch stops even those.
Is there a cost for the trial?
No. The trial is free.
How long does a trial last?
Two weeks.
What do we need to provide?
A spot on a desk or shelf, a standard outlet on a circuit without other heavy loads, a wired network connection, and someone from your team for about two hours at setup.
Can we use our own Apple ID?
Yes. The Mac arrives reset to factory settings, so you can sign in with your own Apple ID if you want to.
What happens to our data when the trial ends?
You can export your conversations and settings first. Then we wipe the Macs on site before we take them back.
Can you help us remotely?
Yes, through your own Tailscale network and only with your approval. Otherwise we help by phone, email or in person.
Where do you offer trials?
MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME, NY, NJ and eastern Pennsylvania.
How fast will you reply?
